"START SPREADING THE NEWS!" The fun begins today in fabulous New York City. Your early morning flight leaves from Salt Lake City to New York City, where you will be staying in the heart of "The Big Apple" in Times Square for four amazing nights. A welcome dinner is included tonight. After checking into our Times Square hotel we'll have a fun walking tour of World Famous Times Square to introduce you to the city that never sleeps! (D)

After a typical New York style breakfast we depart for an incredible day in New York. Our morning sightseeing takes us to the Cathedral of St. John the Divine. This 121,000 square foot Cathedral is impressive as it is beautiful. Later we visit famous 5th Avenue where you'll have time to roam the shops and visit the famous Plaza Hotel. Then it's off to Grand Central Terminal,
The United Nations building and more!

This afternoon enjoy your first broadway show in New York, BEAUTIFUL: The Carole King Musical!   The fascinating life of one of pop music’s greatest performers and songwriters takes center stage in Beautiful! The show begins just before Carol Klein composes her first hit song, “Will You Love Me Tomorrow,” in 1959 when she is 17 and newly married to 20-year-old lyricist Gerry Goffin. Over the next decade, King and Goffin produce a string of classic hits. When Carole’s personal life begins falling apart, she responds by stepping out of the shadows with Tapestry, a deeply personal collection of songs that becomes one of the best-selling albums of all time.

Tonight is free to enjoy on your own. You might want to catch another Broadway show, visit the Empire State Building on your own, visit Times Square, shop or simply enjoy the Big Apple your way!

Your morning starts off with a New York City sightseeing tour. Ride the ferry to Ellis Island where over 12 million immigrants passed through to enter the United States. Then to "Lady Liberty." A gift from the French, the Statue of Liberty stands 152 feet high overlooking New York Harbor. Enjoy the sights and sounds of Battery Park after getting off the ferry before returning to our bus. Next, we visit Ground Zero and St. Paul's before for free time for dinner and a rest break at the hotel.

After a fun filled day of sightseeing, it's off to our next Broadway show, world famous PHANTOM OF THE OPERA!  Now the longest-running show in Broadway history, Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera has played to over 80 million people in 25 countries in 124 cities around the world since its first performance. The New York production alone has enchanted over 10 million audience members in its over 20-year run.

Your morning kicks off with a full day of sightseeing. Today see Rockefeller Center with INCLUDED tickets to go to the Top of The Rock Observation deck, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Radio City Music Hall, Wall Street and the many Districts of New York. Lunch is on your own in one of the many local restaurants in the area.   A Circle Manhattan cruise option is available today.
Enjoy the # 1 Broadway show, ‘WICKED'. Tickets are selling out and audiences are cheering for this musical hit inspired by the beloved story of The Wizard of Oz. Long before Dorothy drops in, two girls meet in the Land of Oz. One girl, born with emerald-green skin, is smart, fiery and misunderstood. The other girl is beautiful, ambitious and very popular. "Wicked" tells the story of how these two unlikely friends grow to become the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good Witch.  (B)

Rise and shine! This morning you'll enjoy area sightseeing such as Juliard, the Lincoln Center and more all before we visit The Metropolitan Museum of Art, often referred to simply as "The Met." This is one of the world's largest and most important art museums. Visit the Greek Galleries, the greatest collection of classical art in the Western Hemisphere. See a world-famous collection of Old Masters. Envision bygone America through the eyes of its artists and craftsmen. Then have a nice walk in Central Park before going to the airport for your flight home with great memories of Broadway and your fun time in the "Big Apple" (B)
