This morning your flight leaves from Salt Lake City to spectacular New England. This afternoon at Minute Man National Park, learn of the 'shot heard around the world' as our guide takes us to Lexington and Concord. Later we make our way back to Boston where we stay for the next two nights.

Day 2 - Boston

This morning with our Boston guide, we re-live the 'midnight ride of Paul Revere' as we see his home and the Old North Church. We also visit Granary Cemetery where Paul Revere, John Hancock, Sam Adams and other Patriots are buried. We also visit Faneuil Hall, Bunker Hill and the site of the Boston Massacre. Enjoy free time for lunch and shopping at Quincy Market. (B)

Day 3 - Boston - Kennbunkport - Bar Harbor

You'll have a beautiful New England coastal drive as we travel north to Bar Harbor, where we stay for the next two nights at a nice hotel right in town. We make a stop for photos at York Beach Lighthouse, then enjoy a lunch break/sights in Kennebunkport. It took GHW Bush to make this town known, but New Englanders have enjoyed this quite coastal Maine town for years. A Maine 'Lobster Fest' welcome dinner is included tonight! (B,D)

Day 4 - Acadia National Park

Your morning starts off with a short drive to Acadia National Park. The First National Park East of the Mississippi River, people have been drawn to the rugged coast of Maine throughout history. Awed by its beauty and diversity, early 20th-century visionaries donated the land that became Acadia National Park. The park is home to many plants and animals, and the tallest mountain on the U.S. Atlantic coast. Acadia National Park is rated as one of the World's top travel destinations. (B)

Day 5 - Bar Harbor - Augusta - White Mountains N.H.

After unforgettable beauty and color of Maine, we make our way towards the White Mountains of New Hampshire. A nice drive through Augusta takes us to our destination. Enjoy time on your own tonight at Settlers' Green Outlet Village, or just relax in our hotel right in the White Mountains (B,D)

Day 6 - White Mountains - Berkshire

Wake up in the amazing White Mountains with fresh mountain air. Enjoy the North Conway Village Green and historic train station before our scenic drive through New England's "back roads". Then it's off through Vermont to picturesque Berkshire, with photo stops of waterfalls, forests and a covered bridge along the way. (B,D)

Day 7 - Berkshire - Hudson Valley - Poughkeepsie Bridge

Today we visit the famous Norman Rockwell Museum. This museum houses the world's largest and most significant collection of original Rockwell art. Highlights include enduring favorites from Rockwell's Saturday Evening Post covers, the powerful Four Freedoms, and the nostalgic Stockbridge Main street at Christmas. The Norman Rockwell Archive contains more than 100,000 photographs, letters and other rare mementos. Enjoy the beautiful Hudson Valley scenery this afternoon as we make our way to "Poughkeepsie" and the "Walkway Over the Hudson". This is the world's longest elevated pedestrian walkway, a unique and exciting experience with amazing views! Then we're off to New York for our two nights stay in the Big Apple! (B)

Day 8 - New York City

Your morning starts off with a fun New York City sightseeing tour. Ride the ferry to Ellis Island where over 12 million immigrants passed through to enter the United States. Then to "Lady Liberty." A gift from the French, the Statue Of Liberty stands 152 feet high overlooking New York Harbor. Enjoy the sights and sounds of Battery Park after getting off the ferry before returning to our bus. Next we visit Ground Zero and St. Paul's Cathedral. We have a fun group dinner tonight at a Times Square restaurant. (B,D)

Day 9 - New York City - Salt Lake City

Rise and shine! This morning you'll enjoy the many famous sights of Manhattan on our tour of the Big Apple including Washington Square Park, Riverside Church and Harlem, plus photo stops at the Lincoln Center and Julliard School of Music, Central Park and more.
